He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Baltazar and Francisca Baltazar; and his sons, Lester and Israel. He is survived by: his wife Amelia Andrade of Baltazar; and his children, Elizabeth Baltazar, Kendy Baltazar, Ada Baltazar, Macer Baltazar (Amanda), Jackson Baltazar (Mildred), Likhi Baltazar, Banacek Baltazar (Verónica), Moshe Baltazar, Princesa Christensen (Jack) and Sidney Baltazar. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
