She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry"; her daughters, Theresa (Cliff), Laura (Dave), Kimberly (Randy) and Allison; her sons-in-law, Erick (Jackie) and Trent (Laura); and her sisters, Penny (Jay), Cathy (Mike) and Cindy. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
