She is survived by: her children, Pat Kurth, Mark Green (Connie) and Colleen Shaw; her grandchildren, Shawn (Shann), Chelsea, Jason, Christy (Matt) and Brian (Roxy); and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Haley (Justin), Tanner, Ty, Will, Maddy, Emmy, Logan, Parker and Braiden.
