He is survived by: his children, Peggy, Daniel (Ann Kelly), John (Cindy Lowe) and Susan Westrich (Brian); his stepdaughter Linda Walford; his siblings, Sally Davis, David (Jianni) and James (Gretchen); and his former wife Miriam McCreary, MD (Kenneth Kauffman). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
