He was predeceased by: his parents, George Plaster and Virginia Plaster; and his brother Stephen Plaster. He is survived by: his family, Dr. Brad Plaster (Tritia Yamasaki) and Dr. Heidi Skattebo (Plaster); and his grandchildren, Carter Skattebo and Catie Plaster.
