He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lynch Sr. and Betty Lynch. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Lynch, Charlie Lynch III, Julius Lynch, Dana Lynch, Sharon Lynch-Robinson, Richard Lynch, Shaunta Lynch and LaWanda Lynch; and his sister Alice Penigar. He is also survived by nieces. nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
