Charlotte left this world on April 5, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Dugan and Bernard Dugan; and her siblings, Alice Reagan, Marilyn Emond, Eileen Ousterbauer, Bernard, John and Fred Dugan.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Gavin Jr.; and her children, Anne Gavin (Ulrich), Patricia Smeaton (Bill), Robert Gavin III (Thailene), Charles Gavin (Melissa) and Sean Gavin (Jennifer Anne). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Charlotte Gavin Scholarship Fund at De La Salle High School, Minneapolis; the Helen and Robert Gavin Scholarship Fund at St. John's University, Collegeville; or Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, Minneapolis.
