He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Cherian PuthiyottilMay and Dr. Cherian Puthiyottil; and his grandfather Apachan. He is survived by: his daughters, Shaba (Natanael) and Saja (Sabaoun Nasseri); his grandchildren, Amar Kiran and Sofia Aadya; his wife Carrie Walker; his grandchildren, Soraya and Sima; An Introduction. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Utccentral Lutheran Church (333 S 12th St, Minneapolis, MN 55404).
