With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cheryl (Cal) Gianlorenzi in Minneapolis, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lyons and Lorraine Lyons; her grandmother Matilda Ahern (Tillie); her aunts and uncles, Dorthy, Joseph Peters, Clare and Guy Hunter; her siblings-in-law, Carol Ann Gianlorenzi (Zurn), Nona Elena Gianlorenzi (Devlin) and Teto Gianlorenzi; her granddaughter Allison Gianlorenzi; and her grandmother Elizabeth Bonner (Itsi).
She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Jennifer and Nicholas; and her daughter-in-law Michelle (Daniel Jackola). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (306 2nd St S, Virginia, MN 55792).
