He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Roverud and Clara Roverud (Rostad); his former wife Betty Roverud; his son John David; and his brother Steven Roverud.
He is survived by: his brothers, Gary and Brian; his wife Barbara Weis (Holdgrafer); his children, Peter Roverud (Sandra), Sara Peulen (Rawlin) and Nicole Weiser (Bill); and his stepchildren, Michael Mouw (Abigail), Matthew Mouw (Joanna), Montgomery Mouw (Suzann) and Nikki Roland (Nicholas). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
