He is survived by: his children, Anita (Gary) and Mark (Ann); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Sarah), Jef, Missy (Isaiah), Joel, Emma, Mitch (Meredith) and Hannah; and also Kirsten. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
