He is survived by: his son Duane Ebert; his grandson Duane Hamilton Jr.; his son Steven Ebert (Consuelo); his granddaughter McKenzie Ebert; his daughter Lisa Ebert; his granddaughter Rachael Ebert; his daughter Jennifer (Mike Benavidez); his grandchildren, Sophia and Jonah Benavidez; his siblings, Carol Scheid, Joyce Dupont, Judith Ebert, Pamela of Leon and Edward Gibson; and his brother-in-law Robert Frankenfield. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
