She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Swedell and Vivian Jydstrup; and her sister Cheryl Empey. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher (Kim) and Chad (Leah); her grandsons, Brandon (Jaymie) and Benjamin; her great grandchildren, Sabrina, Savannah and Scarlett; and her siblings, Bruce Swedell (Diane), Arlinda Sindorf (Tim) and Gerold Swedell (Melanie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
