It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donamae Koppelman of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Koppelman; her close friend Burt Toles; her former husband Alvin Badiner; and her parents, Toni Braverman (Irv) and S. Paul Johnson.
She is survived by: her brothers, Lewis Johnson (Rivian) and Worral Johnson; her great grandchild Adriel Badiner; her children, Bill Badiner (Candy), Jim Badiner (Leslie), Rick Badiner (Beth) and Nancy Charney (Jay); her grandchildren, Jessica Badiner, J. P., Todd, Jaclyn Charney, Liana, David Badiner, John Adams (Joelle) and Drew Adams (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Noah and Andy Badiner.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Temple Israel (2323 Fremont Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55405). A shiva will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
