He was predeceased by: his wife Vicki; his parents, Hallace and Marjorie; his father-in-law Dominic Gulan; and his brother-in-law Dale Nelson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Koski (John), Kelly Eaton (Jason) and Lori Gustafson; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Lacey Price, Cora Koski and Nora Eaton. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, his brother and sister, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews.
