He is survived by: his significant other Judy Fundingsland; the mother of his children Sharron; his daughters, Dawn (Dave Skraba), Debbie Quarles (Dave) and Daria Lewis (Scott); his grandchildren, Alexia, Arissa, Andrew and Austin; and his brother Gary (Paulette).
