She is survived by: her husband Dr. Maynard Jacobson; her daughters, Carole Southam (Jim) and Barbara Jampsa (Kevin Funfar); her stepchildren, Scott Jacobson (Alicia), Kimberly Jacobson, Myron Jacobson (Catherine) and Marcia Johnson (Mike); her grandchildren, Ashley Lind (Ben), Jamie DeMarco (Matt), Ryan Southam (Lindsay), Ben Johnson, Ella Johnson, Quinn Jacobson and Lydia Jacobson; and her great grandchild Ellery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Lyngblomsten Foundation.
