He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Olive (Crete) and Ernest Edison Chorn; his brothers, Rohland and Wilbert; and his sons, James and Kenneth.

He is survived by: his children, Tom (Sue), Candi (Don) and Chris. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
