She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson of John's Hospital; her husband Howard Perkins; her sisters, Margaret, Audrey and Lorraine; and her great grandchild Andrew Kane.

She is survived by: her children, Tom, Jim (Sandy), Chris Perkins (Kelly), Kathy Perkins and Patty Olson (Jim); her sister Marian Kerg; her grandchildren, Jay Ryan (Sarah), Kristine Olson Kane (Michael), Breanna Lesteberg (John), Kyle Perkins and Molly Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Luke Ryan, Hannah, Kilian Lesteberg and Marie Evelyn Kane.

Memorials preferred to Mayo Hospice Program or Red Wing Noontime Kiwanis Club for downtown annual flower baskets.
