He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his close friend Joan Berg; his siblings, Rosemary (Cole), Suzanne and Don; and his brother-in-law Dave Kammerer.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lorraine Farrington (Terry) and Eloise Kammerer; and his children, Theresa Stumbris (Gundars), Julie Janssen, Melanie Pearce, Frank (Mimi) and John (Sue). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Albert the Great Catholic Church (2836 33rd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55406). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Frank Bielinski's name to St. Albert the Great Catholic Church.
