He is survived by: his children, Denise Eiesland, Jerry Hart Jr. (Kim), John Hart (Jill), Beth Hart and Amy Altic (Kevin Speak); his grandchildren, Emily Patton, Tucker Patton, Lucas Hart, Kelly Altic, Jonathan Hart, Tyler Eiesland and Tanner Eiesland; and his great grandchildren, Devin, Slade, Payton, Brody, Mei-Ling, Sawyer and Lainey.
