He is survived by: his wife Lois Kukuk; his daughter Kathy Morse (Randy); his grandson Matthew (Katie); his daughter Kristy Smith (Mitch); his granddaughter Breanna (Adam); his great grandchild Reagan; his grandson Travis (Abby); his daughter Kerri Yokubonis (Eric); and his grandchildren, Jacob (Sarah), Justin (Maggie) and Jessica (Owen).
