He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Decker and Yvonne Decker (Coursolle); and his sister Elizabeth. He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Hayden-Hart (Charles), Deborah Tessman (Timothy) and Marie Martin (Micheal). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Evans-Nordby Funeral Home (34 2nd St NE, Osseo, MN 55369). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery (8601 93rd Ave N, Osseo, MN 55369).
