He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Waters and Una Waters. He is survived by: his wife Carmell Waters; his children, Harry Lee Waters, Jr. (Donna Waters) and Maria Wasvick (Christopher Wasvick); his granddaughters, Sophia Wasvick and Ella Wasvick; and his sister Betty Waters of Tyler, TX.. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his memory to the Food for Falcons program at East Central College, Union, Missouri, continuing his commitment to helping students succeed.
