He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth and Henry; his sister Ingrid; and his nieces, Anna and Kristen.

He is survived by: his wife Roxann; his brother Christopher; and his nephew Tom. He is also survived by many grandnieces & nephews and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to his wife Roxann for donation to his favorite charities.
