He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Perez and Josephine Perez (Elvera); his brother Joseph Perez; and his children, Baby Linda Perez, Lynda Gerold and David Beaulieu.
He is survived by: his children, Randy (Sharon), Colleen (George Donnell), Lorraine (Richard White), Curtis and Kirk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great great grandchildren.
