He was predeceased by: his parent Richard Banks. He is survived by: his children, Deshawn King, James Earnest Toliver Jr., Thaddius Toliver, Dorrell Spencer, Damion Spencer, Chandell Knox and Latrice Spencer; his cousin Cathy Harris; and his brother Lester Hogan.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Billman-Hunt Funeral Home (2701 Central Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418).
