Jeannette leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jeannette’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jeannette will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dmytro Komar and Anna Komar; and her husband John Gill. She is survived by: her sister Beverly Kapeluck; her daughters, Nicole Hernandez (Ricardo Jr) and Carrie Flores (Christopher); and her grandchildren, Ricardo III, Madelyn and Alexander. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hillside Chapel (2610 19th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park (2250 St Anthony Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55418).
