He is survived by: his wife Roberta Nelson Dennis; and his children, Johnny Sims Dennis III (Candice Taylor Dennis), Tina Y. Dennis Kolokollie (Terrence Kolokollie) and Miss Johnetta Butu Dennis. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, nephews, nieces, adopted children, and a host of other relatives, friends.
