It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Ramon Tongson (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on January 10, 2026, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ramon, Ruth Tongson, Joyce, Dan Gustafson and Jerome Ecklund; his uncle Gary Tongson; and his brother-in-law David Duran.
He is survived by: his parents, Joe Tongson and Jeanne Tongson; his children, Aram, Ethan and Scarlett; his stepchildren, Josh, Jina and Margie; his sisters, Kristin Hollander (Corland Egertson) and Natalie Dahlgren (Aron Dahlgren); and his nieces and nephews, Elee Hollander, Graham Hollander, Sam Dahlgren and Harry Dahlgren. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
