He is survived by: his wife Mary Adix (Holo); his sons, David Adix of Tucson, AZ, Tom Adix (Becky) of Denver, CO, Chris Adix (Michelle Fuller) of Apache Junction, AZ and John Adix (Anne) of Maple Grove, MN; his grandchildren, Alexa, Sam, Dawson, Kali, Ben, Elise and Maren; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Dylan, Mila and Noah. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews, cousins, friends.
