He is survived by: his brother Christopher Levy (Mom) of Minneapolis; his sister-in-law Dawn Levy; his nephews, Anders and Dane; his sister Danica Vogel (Levy) of Phoenix, AZ; his stepmother Carol Levy (Jon Sr.) of Scottsdale, AZ; and also Lynn Sommers of Colorado Springs, CO.. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
