He is survived by: his cousin Elizabeth Kelly Brookshire; and his sibling's children, Mary Muwahid, Craig Cunningham (Cindy), Cathy Cunningham, Laura Cunningham (Larry), Stephanie Cunningham, Christopher Cunningham and Colleen Cunningham.
