He was predeceased by: his close friends, Matthew Anderson and James Tepfer; his stepparents, Ruth and Arthur; and his sister Margaret Kopp.
He is survived by: his close friend James Randall; his parents, Duane Siedschlag Sr. and Kathleen Siedschlag (Vorlicky); his siblings, Christine Ledman, Duane Siedschlag Jr. (Melissa), Joyce Doten, John Siedschlag (Mary) and Robert Siedschlag (Jessica); and his pet Max. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
