She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Shimek and Dorothy Shimek; her son Greg; her brothers, Ed and Bill Shimek; her brothers-in-law, Ken Lang, William Buckmaster and Ben Wiskus; and her nephew Steven Kemp.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Lang; her daughter Kris (Bryan Woelfel); and her sisters, Deb Hanson, Linda McMonigal (Tom), Vicki Shimek, Nancee Wiskus and Suzie Perry (Mike). She is also survived by two grandchildren, one great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
