He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Donohue (Cunningham) and Lawrence Donohue; his brother-in-law Lenny Weiss; and his granddaughter Brynn. He is survived by: his wife Kirsten Donohue (Peterson); his children, Cullen, Alec (Carissa), Nathan (Maddie), Caitlin and Brighid; his grandson Keene; his siblings, Tom (Barb), Pat (Elizabeth), Maggie (Steve Hinze), Tara, Michael (Mary), Kathy (Greg Thatcher), Joe (Mary) and Anne (Bob McGarry); and his brothers-in-law, Scott Peterson and Mark Peterson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Jax Cafe (1928 University Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418).
