He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Dreessen; his children, Nancy Johnson (Randy) and Phil Kelly (Trisha); his sisters, Sally Heinrichs, Peggy Cowlam and Mary Stout; and his grandchildren, Spencer Johnson (Hannah) and Alyssa Heinzman (Jon). He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (721 18th Ave N, Estherville, IA 51334). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
