Johnson in Minneapolis, Minnesota, born in Hallock, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2026 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Peterson (Hostrup) and David Peterson; her siblings-in-law, George Schulte, Gene Weiss, Darrell Johnson, Leroy and Phyllis Sletten; and her goddaughter Amy Lundberg Wigand.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Johnson; her daughter Kristin Ohren (Marty) of Moorhead, MN; her grandchildren, Matthew Ohren of Moorhead, MN and Rev. Katie Ohren-Shipman (Blake) of Fertile, MN.; her sisters, Phyllis Schulte of Fargo, ND, Helen Weiss, South and Nancy Lundberg (Dan) of Kennedy, MN; and her sister-in-law Sue Johnson of Woodbury, MN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
