She was predeceased by: her parents, Lauretta Gilbertson and Howard Gilbertson; her siblings, Lyle Gilbertson, Gale Gilbertson and Linda Maxwell; her siblings' children, Kris Maxwell, Diana Ares and Jake Gilbertson; and her brother-in-law Vance Stroad.
She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sister Judy Stroad; her sisters-in-law, Cindy Epps, Linda Ares (Luis) and Debbie Gilbertson; and her sibling's children, Karlynn Stroad (Vince), Amy Manthei (Paul), Carmen Ares White (Derrick), Corey Stroad (Katie), Cody Stroad (Johnna), Kenny Gilbertson (Lori), Todd Gilbertson (Lynn), Shane Lourey (Julie) and Milton Ares (Jennifer). She is also survived by many great nephews, great nieces, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Glen Haven Chapel (5125 W Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55429). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
