With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynnette Sanders of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on February 1, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Sanders and Josephine Sanders (Bongo); her former husband Roosevelt Stewart Sr. (Papa Rose); her children, Frances Sanders of Minneapolis, Vincent Sanders of Brooklyn Park and Roosevelt Ray Stewart of Brooklyn Center; her sisters, Doris June Eaglin of Colorado, Barbara Sanders of Eveleth and Yvonne Armstrong-Sanders of Walker; her grandchildren, Alix, Sammy, Aryka, Isabelle M, Payton, Olivia, Keenan, Alaysia, Taelon, Alida, Maya, Kobe Dale and Shuyler Brooke (Olivia); and her great grandchildren, Camille, Brooklynn, I, Isabelle, Alora and Delilah. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
