She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Eugene Skibbe; her daughters, Susan and Katharine Skibbe; her parents, Rudolf Froiland and Catherine Froiland; her brother Rudy Froiland; and her granddaughter Maggie Checco.

She is survived by: her sons, Stephen and Jonathan Skibbe; her grandchildren, James Checco, Kayla, Hannah and Ava Skibbe; and her brother Don Froiland.
