He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Joan (Eric Walbolt), Daniel (Jane), Ruth (Mike Wallace) and Mary (Tom Undlin); his great grandchild Sadie; his sister-in-law Rachel; and his nieces, Sara Pechauer and Lisa Jensen (Dave). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 1:00 PM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (4100 Lyndale Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55409). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Olaf College-the Martha Hallin & Marshall Pechauer Scholarship Fund for Fine Arts, Bethlehem Foundation or Bethlehem Music Series.
