He is survived by: his grandparents, Luella Anderson, Jack Heitkamp and Joyce Heitkamp; his parents, Cheryl Heitkamp and Dave Heitkamp; his siblings, Rae Heitkamp (Joseph Murphy), Rose (Anna Anderson), Zach Heitkamp (Sally Gibbs) and Audrey Heitkamp (Corey Drees); his niece Etta Anderson; and his nephew Jasper Murphy (Buzz).
