He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Howe and Bertha Howe (Johnson); his wife Virginia Frye; and his siblings, Leone Brant, Howard and Robert Howe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Howe of Robbinsdale, MN, Suzanne Howe-Dostal (Mark Dostal) of Minneapolis, MN and Patricia Swan of Fridley, MN; his grandsons, Ryan Swan, Kieran and Aidan Dostal; and his sister Lucille Coleman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Glen Haven Chapel (5125 W Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55429). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
