With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maxine C. Begin (Minneapolis, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Maxine's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Maxine has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph "Dick"; her grandson Matthew; and her son-in-law Tom Schaaf. She is survived by: her children, Rick (Cheri), Jeff (Heidi), Denise Schaaf, Lynette Ward, David and Kevin (Michelle); and her sister Sharon Murray. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
