He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Kubiszewski and Verlo Kubiszewski (Benz); and his brothers, Danny and Greg. He is survived by: his wife Susan of Mpls; his daughters, Krystal of Mpls and Kandice of St Paul; his grandson Taylor of St Paul; and his siblings, Lenny (Sherry), Joe (Pat), Steve, Jeff and Tammy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
