He was predeceased by: his father Lonnie Topham; and his sister Tina Moriva. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Sly (Shaw); his children, Brittany Caple and Brooke Monyelle (Cody); his grandson Abraham Caple; and his siblings, Suzan Grindey (Joe), Brian Thrasher, Lisa Walters (Tom) and Lonnie Topham II (Sara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
