She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Lenz and Winnifred Lenz (Sicard); her husband Joe Sullivan; her son Mike Sullivan; her siblings, Judy Divine (Mike) and Warren Lenz (Jackie); and her grandmother Tater.

She is survived by: her sister Janice Buechler (Jim); her children, Denny Sullivan (Ann), Dick Sullivan (Anne Byer), Terri Sullivan (Pete Mathison) and Ann Colleran (Mike); and her daughter-in-law Nancy. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
