He is survived by: his son David Louis; his grandson Michael James Ladd; his siblings-in-law, Don Vegoe (Sharon) of Roseville, MN and Patricia (Jerry Larson) of Glewood, MN; his sibling's children, Karen, Beth, Lynda, Michael, Brian and Eric; Lauren Robertus.
A burial was held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
