He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heath and Rena Heath; and his wife Judy Heath. He is survived by: his children, Rochelle Telander (Alan) and Chandler Heath (Karen); his grandchildren, Abby Smith (Austin), Aaron Telander (Ashley), Ryan Heath (Abbie), Evan Heath and Arden Sawyer (Ben); his great grandchildren, Ryder, Ivy Smith, Ella and Lee Telander; his significant other Judy Langford; and his half-brother Randall Heath of Newburgh, Indiana..
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the The Waters of Edina (6300 Colonial Way, Edina, MN 55436).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the Veterans Resource and Empowerment Center, Minneapolis, in Oscar's memory.
